We had a great experience with Ron from Mr. Handyman! From the moment he arrived he took his time to make sure our home was protected before starting to paint our fireplace. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were impressive. What stood out most was Ron’s dedication to doing the job right. He didn’t cut corners. That level of care is rare and appreciated. Ron was also friendly and professional. We asked him to take care of some gaps in the wood that weren’t part of the original job. He took care of them no questions asked. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work. It shows in the quality of the finished product. If you’re looking for someone who is thorough, skilled, and cares about his work, we highly recommend Ron from Mr. Handyman. We’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects! ~ Wayne I

I had a section of wood sub-floor rotting out. They cut it out and replaced it with new wood. However they put cross beams between the floor joices so realistically that area of floor is more solid and secure than it was at its previous best. The tech Roman was open to my suggestions (the cross beams being one). He showed up on time. He was proficient..professional..had alot of experience with repairing sub-floors of this type. The over all cost I thought was fair and reasonable. The whole job took around 2 to 3 hours. Mr. Handyman of S. OKC and Norman highly recommended. ~ Kay B

Tommy Smith was my Technician. He repaired the front door quickly. He is very professional and did really well. You can barely tell the door has been repaired. Thanks again Tommy, you truly are a life saver! I was able to get same day service unlike other places I called before finding Mr. Handyman. The other companies I called wasn’t able to get me in for 1-2 weeks. I definitely will be using Mr. Handyman again. I was attempting to do some repair work on my brand-new home, and for one job particularly I discovered that I remained in over my head. I called Mr. Handyman, as well as they had the ability to send out a service technician over in a timely fashion. The professional, Avoid, was educated and also experienced, and also functioned successfully. He was friendly and described whatever he was doing. The quality of his work was outstanding, as well as I will most definitely call Mr. Handyman next time I require home repair service services. I recently hired Handyman services to replace a door sweep in my home. Initially there was a problem with the sweep that was used. I was unhappy. But I will tell you Anthony came back out at no extra charge and replaced the sweep nicely. Then he went above and beyond to change out six fluorescent lights for me. He was so kind and graceous. I cannot say enough about him. All of this and extra blubs to boot. Wow...I am so happy and will definitely be calling Handyman in the future. ~ Joyce P

Kyle completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He greeted me pleasantly when he arrived. I really like the text message before he arrived giving me the details of the person performing the work(that’s awesome). I forget to tell him that I’m military, now retired for the military discount that the young lady told me about but I will remind them next time. Mr. Handyman recently came out to our home to take care of a few repair jobs that we just couldn’t get to. From scheduling to job completion, the whole team was professional and courteous, and working with them was a phenomenal experience. I had called around to get my wooden fence gate repaired. It was badly damaged and unhinged due to Oklahoma winds. Other places told me I’d have to replace all of the fence. Mr handyman was able send Roman out to fix only what I wanted rather than an entire fence and saved me a ton of money. He also helped me out with my front door latch. Where do I start? Clarissa was the first person I spoke to, she was super. I felt very confident in my decision to use Mr. Handyman after just talking to her. Then Ron showed up, had great taste in music while he was working. Did everything he said he would and more. We are very pleased with the work and will use them again when we need something done. We had Mr. Handyman out several times during the sale of our former house and getting our current house ready. Everyone that we worked with was great! We had really good service and they always communicated about the bill and charges. They answered any questions we had and we had one case where the person didn't think he was right for the job and got another co-worker out on site. Hired them (from out of state) to do repairs on my elderly parents’ house. Their communication was awesome. They told me when they had to reschedule, told me when they were going to be at my parents’ house, sent a picture of whom to expect, and showed up when they said. Ron was our handyman that helped build a chicken run for our coop. He was very friendly and courteous. Upon calling the business and getting service only took a couple days time. Ron had plenty of power tools and set up a work station right away. He did not dawdle and came up with a chicken run plan in no time. I would say he was very efficient at getting the job done. Ramon was the field technician that serviced my property. He educated me on what was causing the faucets to drip and gave me an affordable and an expensive repair option to choose from. I appreciated his honesty by letting me know my initial request would have been more expensive. I was able to save money and the quality of the work was acceptable. We had a last-minute request for our cook-top to be removed for a countertop installation and a new one installed in its place after. They got us in same-day with a wonderful electrician, Roman, who was a great help. He was very efficient and professional, a good man, and the secretary, Clarissa, that helped organize the job had great communication. Gentry Whitehead was my Mr. Handyman on two occasions. Both times he was on time, prepared and knowledgeable about my projects. First was a ceiling fan and the other was a large chain linked dog kennel. Gentry was personable while maintaining a professional decorum. Bo Chatham did a very professional job installing an exterior door on my garage. He was on time, knew what he was doing, friendly, efficient in his work, made sure everything was working properly, and cleaned everything up before leaving. Further, he discarded the old door for me. I got my money’s worth, and enjoyed him explaining what he was doing. Can’t give him a higher score. Had a dishwasher installed. My scheduler was extremely helpful getting an estimate and setting up my appointments. She made it easy to have everything in place for my installation. Rowan came and gave a helpful appraisal; then returned when scheduled to complete the install of my new dishwasher. Given an arrival window of 8-10, Roman arrived right at 8 and had some good questions/suggestions for the job. Roman and Jonathan were very professional and did excellent work - replaced screen and some warped framing on my screened-in back patio (aka catio!). ... Needed someone to come fix my bathroom light hang a light fixture and a few other small things Kyle was my technician he was on time and very professional! Also was very reasonably priced was about half the price of what I was told on the phone so that was a bonus! Would definitely recommend! Ron came right at 11:00 and it was scheduled for 11:00-1:00, he was enthusiastic and did a great job, he actually put me in a positive mindset/mood he was chipper and just overall a genuine guy.
